Shipping Information

Please see our price list to ensure that the scope you are trying to send is on our pre-approved list. If you have any questions about a scope or optic not on this list please reach out to us with any questions. Email is the preferred contact method. Please be as detailed as possible and we will get back to you typically the same day. 

We have attached our heritage optics repair form to this page for your convenience. This can be sent to us with your scope or feel free to fill it out and email it to us along with your scopes tracking number and your confirmation number if you have paid online. Please be as detailed as possible with what you would like done.

We are currently only accepting Checks, Cash, or Money order forms. If payment is denied we will return the scope to you without a service conducted. 

Please ship all repairs to this address: 

We ask that you do not ship scopes in original packaging, as we discard the boxes they are shipped in, and we will not send back the boxes. 

You will receive an email confirmation from Heritage Optics as soon as your scope is received. We will continue to update all of our customers on the email list with updated turnaround times. 

You will receive automatic email updates once our scope technicians have looked at your scope and begin the repair process.

Note: Occasionally, during the repair process, there are additional problems identified. We will reach out to you with an updated invoice if your repair requires additional parts or a more in depth repair. We will not finish the scope without your authorization on these repairs. If you deny the extra repairs or parts we will do as best we can and send it back to you without a warranty. 

Once your scope is complete, we will reach out to you to confirm the shipping address before we send the scope to you. Our scope repairs come with a 1-year craftsmanship warranty. If the scope we send back is damaged or not repaired correctly, we will fix it for you at no cost. Just ship the scope back to us with a warranty form.  If we are unable to reach you after 90 days with no response, the scope will be considered forfeit and will be kept by Heritage Optics.
